Diary - Week 12

Event 1

On Tuesday, I made dinner for my family. I cooked pasta and fried chicken because I work as a chef for part-time job. My mother andmy older sister were pleased that, so I was pleased, too. I will cook for my family as soon as possible.

Event 2

Last Wednesday, I watched my favorite Japanese movie. The movie is Koizora. I really like the movie, so I watched the movie at least five times. Koizora was shown in 2007. This movie is love story and this is also sad movie. A girl of the chief character fell in love with a bad boy. The bad boy had a very serious desease. They tried to recover his desease, but he died with leaving her. However, the boy left many memories with the girl. The girl have loved to the boy after he died. I can't watch this movie without tears. 

Event 3

On Thursday , I was late for a first lesson class on Thursday! I was not able to wake up because it was really cold. When I woke up, it snowed in Aso! I was happy with the scene. If snow is piled up, I want to do Yukugassen!

Event 4

Last Friday, I went to Goemon with my friends. Goemon is one of my favorite restaurant in Kumamoto. Goemon is a restaurant which sell many pasta. I like pasta, so I often go to Goemon. In addition, my friend works in Goemon, so I go to see my friend. However, today, I was not able to see my friend.

Event 5
On Sunday, I cooked sukiyaki with my mother at my home. Sukiyaki is popular Japanese food. I like sukiyaki very much. First, I cut Chinese cabbage and onion and some mushroom. Next, I fried beef with soy sauce and sugar. Then, I put vegetables into the pan. That's all! It is easy to cook sukiyaki.

Diary - Week 11

Event 1
Today, I'm going to write about pleasure of recently. I live a full life recently. I have a lot of homework, so it is serious for me. However, my friends makes me happy, and we make efforts each other. That's why, I spend happy school life!

Event 2

On Tuesday, I read Newspaper boy written by John Escott. This story is about a boy who delivered newspapers to people’s houses. The boy’s name was Toby. He wanted to be a detective. One day, when he delivered a newspaper to a house, the house was robbed. Toby and the proprietor were caught by thieves. The proprietor was stolen a large sum of money. Then, Toby said to thieves, “there was an accident.” The thieves who heard the fact tried to avoid the accident. However, the thieves who were tricked by Toby were trapped by police by ambush. Toby was deeply grateful by the proprietor. In this story, I felt that man who has something goal succeed. For example, Toby had a dream of becoming a great detective, so he had just a good idea. However, I thought Toby was a risky boy because he told a lie to two thieves. If his lie was exposed, he might be killed by the thieves. I thought this story tell me about a brave heart.

Event 3
On Wednesday, I studied English for TOEIC and TOEFL.I studied with my friends, so I was able to concentrate enough. in addition, my friends make me to teach English, so I can understand. That's why, I want to study with my friends again.

Event 4
Last Friday, I went for work. The day, store manager was off day, so I enjoyed working with my colleagues. I don't like store manager, but my colleagues are very kind for me. That's why, I will try to continue the part-time job.

Event 5
On Sunday, after I worked as a part-time job, I went out with my family. We went to Kumamoto city to search for my kimono for coming-of-age ceremony on January. However, I was not able to get my favorite things. That't why, we will search sometime soon.

Diary - Week 10

Event 1

On Tuesday, I went to town and I had dinner with my friend. We went to a izakaya in Shimotori. I want to eat lunch or dinner with Christie!

Event 2

On Wednesday, I did flower arrangement with circle members. Teacher of flower arrangement tought me how to do flower arrangement, so I was able to do beautifully.

Event 3

Last Thursday, I read an interesting book. I read How the Murray River was made. It was written by Linda Bruce and Elether Bruce. A long time ago, there was Totty who cut some bark from tree. One day, he paddled to the middle of the waterhole. Then, a huge fish appeared in front of Totty. Totty tried to catch the huge fish for many days, but he was not able to catch it. The huge fish made a wide and long river. That's why, Murray river was made.

Event 4 

On Friday, I went for a work. That day, I felt ill, but I have to save money, so I worked. That's why, I was really hard to work. When I will work next, I will get into top shape.

Event 5

On Saturday, I watched a movie in Hikarinomori. I watched Kiseijuu. The movie was really crazy. The movie was incomprehensible under normal circumstances. However, battle between human and beasts was really interested for me. I want to watch a sequel to this movie.

Diary - Week 9

EVENT 1
On Thuesday, I played basketball with my friends in gymnasium. I'm not good at playing basketball, but thanks to my friends, I was able to enjoy playing basketball. I want to play volleyball next!

EVENT 2
On Wednesday, I faced a looming deadline for International C C. I like this class because I had not studied such a class before, so I'm interested in communications between many countries. In addition, I like teacher of ICC because I get on well with her. I'm looking forward to coming next class!

EVENT 3

Last Thursday, I had a bad day. The day, I finished classes early, so I went back to my home. Then, my mother put my apron to use at part-time job into the washing machine while I went to school. That's why, I was going to hang out the apron. When I opened the lid of the washing machine, I was so astonished at the sight. My memo pad that I use for work was come to pieces! I was struck dumb with amazement. I must memorize a lot of things from the memo pad. I was not able to remain deep in the shock the night. However, I hang tough!

EVENT 4
On Saturday, I had a pain in throat. I think that is because of volcanic ash from the eruption of Mt.Aso. I live in Aso, so I damaged. In addition, I also had a pain in eyes. Then, I'm going to wear a mask.

EVENT 5
Last Sunday, I went for work only in the morning. After that, I went home because it was my older sister's birthday. We ate her birthday cake and feast made by my mother. We spent happy time!

Diary - Week 8

EVENT 1
On Tuesday, I went to a flower shop near my university. I went there to buy a bunch of flowers for my older sister. My sister's birthday is coming soon, so I'm going to give that. I chose red, white and pink flowers, so The bunch of flowers became very cute and beautiful! I'm looking forward to giving for my sister.

EVENT 2
On Wednesday, I met a friend who lives in Kyoto. We have been friend since I was in high school, but we haven't seen for a year. She came back to Kumamoto for the first time in a year. We haven't seen for a long time, so we talked together all the time. She plans to go back to Kyoto on November 23, so I want to enjoy a lot of things.

EVENT 3
Last Thursday, I read an interesting book in library. I read Gingerbread man. One day, when a woman made a gingerbread man, the gingerbread man woke up and jumped out of the house. Some people saw the gingerbread man escaped from a woman. The gingerbread man was very clever, so nobody was not able to catch him. Then, a clever fox saw the gingerbread man, and he was able to catch him and ate him. 

EVENT 4
On Saturday, I went for work. Today is the fifth attendance. I'm able to work more and more. However, I want to work more harder, and I want to make a lot of money.

EVENT 5

On Monday, today is a holiday, but we had classes, so I went to university. Today, Christie was late, so mr.tomei was teacher of Writing. During the class, I want Christie to come as soon as possible. I was glad to be able to meet you :)

Diary - Week 7

EVENT 1
On Wednesday, I played with circle members as a circle activity. We played tag in Toroku park. It was very cold day, but we were very hot. After that, we went to my friends house, and we made kimch-nabe. We enjoyed talking together.

EVENT 2
Last Thursday, I read an interesting book. The book is BADGER'S PARTING GIFTS . This story was really sad for me. There was a badger who was dependable, reliable and always ready to lend a helping paw. He was very old, so he died soon. All the animals had loved Badger, so all his friends were very sad.  However, Badger had given them each a parting gift to treasure always. Each of the animals had a special memory of Badger.All the animals thank for his parting gift. When I die, I want to leave invisible and special memory for my family and friends.

 

EVENT 3
On Friday, I went to youme-town with nahomi. Nahomi is a KGU's student and my classmate. She is really interesting girl. She makes me happy. Today, I didn't have spirit, but after talking with nahomi, I  felt uplifted. As soon as possible, I want to meet her and talk together.

EVENT 4
Last Saturday, I went for work. I didn't work too much, so I forgot a lot of things. I was angried by manager because I forgot a lot of things. I was really sad. In addition, I was irritated with myself. That's why, I will remember many things, and I want to work quickly as soon as possible.

EVENT 5
On Sunday, there was not a plan, so I slept till late. I woke up at 2:00 p.m. After I woke up, I aired laundry. After that, I went shopping with my mother and sister. We was able to talk enough. It was happy day.

Diary - Week 6

EVENT 1

On Nobember 1, It was school festival day. We sold frankfurts. I woke up early in the morning, and we prepared our shop. It was rainy day, so we was not able to sell a lot of frankfurts. However, I enjoyed talking with my friends, and I was able to make some new friends. That's why, It was very happy day. 

EVENT 2 

On Nobember 2, It was also school festival day. We were able to sell more frankfurts than yesterday. Our frankfurts sold out! I was glad to hear about it. However, I was not able to sleep yesterday, so I was tired today.

EVENT 3

On Nobember 3, it was the last day of school festival. We have been prepared a lot of things to this school festival, so I was sad. We cooperated each other preparation of school festival. At last, the school festival succeed, so there was not the regret. This year, we could do Kouyasai. It was really really fun. I'm looking forward to coming next year's school festival. 

 

EVENT 4

Last Tuesday, we held a party to celebrate the successful completion of the school festival. We ate many delicious  food, and we took a lot of photos. This party was also retirement party of juniors. I was really sad. In addition, I felt uneasy. However, I will try to let other members enjoy.

EVENT 5

Last Sunday, I worked as a part-time job. It was holiday and sunny day, so we were very busy. I hurried almost time, so I cut my finger. My colleagues gave me an adhesive plaster, so I was glad. After the job, my mother and my older sister came for me and we ate out. My mother and my older sister made me relax and happy!!

Diary - Week 5

EVENT 1 On Tuesday, It was very busy day for me. I must give lesson to other student, so I must prepare a lot of manuscripts. First, I was not able to get information.　In addition, I was not able to understand how to give lesson to other students, so I went to my teachers’ study room. Then, I had the teacher tell me. That’s why, thanks to my teacher, I was able to prepare a lot of manuscript. EVENT 2 Last Wednesday, I ate one-pot dish with my friends of club. We are kimchi pan. We made the dish from the beginning. Although we are no good at cooking, we were able to cook well. After that, we went to karaoke, and we enjoyed spending happy time. EVENT 3 On Thursday, I gave lesson to other student in inter-cultural communication class. I was really nervous and worry about my opinion. As the result of the lesson, I was able to give good lesson. Thanks to this lesson, I can get confidence. However, I don’t want to give lesson again. EVENT 4 On Saturday, the day was an athletic meet day! I took part in a relay, but I’m not good at doing sport. That’s why, our team lost other teams. However, I was able to take part in the event pleasantly. I want to take part in athletic meet next year. EVENT 5 On Sunday, I work at new place for the first time. I work in a restaurant in Hikarinomori. I cook a lot of foods in kitchen. I must remember a lot of recipes and how to cook, so I was tired. However, my superiors and colleagues are really kind, so I don’t feel that is hard work. I will continue this job.

Diary - Week 4

EVENT 1

On Tuesday, I read a book. I read “Sleeping Beauty”. This book was written by Kate Knighton. Many years ago, there were a king and queen in a magical castle. They had everything except a baby. They were worried that a baby is not born. Then, one day, the queen met a green frog, and the frog said that the king and the queen are going to have a baby this year. Then, they were blessed with a baby. The king was really pleased, so he planned a feast to celebrate. On the day of the feast, a lot of people came to celebrate birth of baby. However, a devil also came there, and she snatched away the baby. In addition, the devil put a curse on the baby. The baby grew up, and became a princess, but she slept because of the curse. Then, a prince came, and woke the princess up. That’s why, they lived happily.

 

EVENT 2

Last Wednesday, I underwent an interview of part-time job. Since I underwent an interview of part-time job for the first time, so I was really nervous that time. However, I was able to answer some question from employer. If I can work as part-time job in the shop, I will make every effort. I am waiting for the result with a pounding heart!

 

EVENT 3

On Thursday, I was chagrined at an occurrence. I come to my university by train every day. The day, I was ask question how to change trains by foreigners. I was able to understand the meaning, but I wasn’t able to answer at once. However, I managed to tell how to change trains. I felt that I don’t have enough ability of English. I want to study harder than before.

 

EVENT 4

Last Friday, I met my friend, Nanaho. It had been two years since I saw her last. We ate out together, and talked together about a lot of things. We haven’t seen two years, so we have a lot of topics. I seemed to be no end to the talk. We didn’t have time too much to talk together, but we were able to spend great time!!

 

EVENT 5

On Sunday, I went shopping with my mother. We went shopping together after a long time. First, we went to Tsuruya to buy clothes of my mother. Second, we went to PARCO to buy my clothes. I was able to buy favorite clothes. Third, we went to a Japanese restaurant in Tsuruya. However, we aren’t like-minded about food, so we spent a lot of time. Anyway, thanks to my mother, I was able to refresh.

EVENT 1

Last Tuesday, since the day was birthday of my friend, we celebrated her birthday. In a lunch break, my friends and I prepared her birthday cake in secret. In addition, we prepared some cracker. When my friend who reach her twentieth year comes, we set off all crackers for her. She looked so surprised, and we were glad to see that. We was able to celebrate her birthday perfectly!

 

EVENT 2

On Wednesday, I saw a movie in a library in KGU. My classes finished early, so I saw Disney movie with my friend. We saw “Tangled”. This is the latest Disney movie. I really like this movie, so I have seen this movie at least five times. This movie makes me very happy. In addition, many words which were said in this movie had encouraged me. Furthermore, I can study English by this movie. I see this movie in English with Japanese subtitles. I was able to understand contents of the movie step by step.

 

EVENT 3

Last Friday, I drove a car for the first time. I got a driver’s license two weeks ago. First, I wasn’t able to drive well, but I gradually drove smoothly. I went to Aso and Hikarinomori. I was able to drive pleasantly. I want to drive again as soon as possible.

 

EVENT 4

On Saturday, it was rainy day, so I read a book. I read “Rich man, Poor man”. This story is about a poor old man who lived in a small village. He received a letter and a money order from his son who lived in London. The old man was poor man, so he was glad about it. The poor old man went to town to cash a money order despite he had to spend a lot of money. However, he didn’t have an Identity Card, so he was not able to cash a money order. In addition, he had money stolen by a photographer. One day, he met a rich man, and the rich man said him to change the money order. However, he was given a little money and he had money stolen again. In this story, I felt the world is really inequality. In addition, I felt that there are many bad people in the world.

 

EVENT 5

On Monday, Typhoon No.19 is heading for Japan, so there was no lecture. The typhoon has strength, so I was not able to leave my house all day. That’s why, I watched some DVD in my house. I watched “Toy Story” series. I watched “Toy Story”, “Toy Story 2” and “Toy Story 3”. I really like animation movie. The most favorite character of Toy Story is Buzz light year because he is very manly and interesting. I enjoyed watching Toy story series in this day.

EVENT 1

Last Wednesday, I went to a shopping mall to see movie after school. I saw “Hot road”. This movie is romance movie. This is a story of a bad boy and a girl of the transfer student. First, when the girl transfer to a new school, she fell in love. The bad boy did a lot of evil deed at the beginning, but he changed his action after he met the girl. I was beating fast when during the movie. I was able to spend a good time.

EVENT 2

On Thursday, I caught a cold. In the morning I felt dizzy, but I didn’t know that I was catching a cold. At the lunch time, I didn’t have an appetite, so I was not able to eat lunch. After the school, I came back my home quickly, and I took my temperature. My temperature was 38 degrees. My temperature did not feel, so I went to bed without eating dinner. That day was the worst day for me.

EVENT 3

On Friday, I had got over my cold! However, I had sore throat, so I rested quietly in bed. Since I gradually felt better, I went to school in the afternoon. My friends worried me, so I got over my cold perfectly. This day, I thought that friends are very important. In addition, I thought that I have to take my valuable friends.

EVENT 4

Last Saturday, I took part in a parade of KGU. We paraded the street to advertise Takuma festival. Takuma festival is a festival of KGU. We parade a lot of places. For example, we walk Shimotori and Kamitori. We were able to advertise our festival. In addition, I was able to make a lot of new friends.

EVENT5

On Sunday, I went to a hotel to attend a wedding reception. My cousin held a wedding reception there. The wedding reception was very moving party. I ate a lot of beautiful French cuisine. However, French cuisine little didn’t suit my taste, but I could do excellent experience! I want to get married as soon as possible!

Diary － Week 1

EVENT 1

Last Tuesday, I went shopping with my family. We went to Aeon mall Kumamoto to buy some furnitures. We just moved recently, so we have to buy some furnitures. I bought beigu carpet and curtains. However, size of curtains didnt fit, so I have to buy one again. I will go there next week.

EVENT 2

On Wednesday, I arranged a lot of flowers. I participate in flower arrangement club, so I arranged there. First, I wasn’t able to arrange well, but I was gradually able to arrange. We learned it from teacher of flower arrangement. I could valuable experience.

EVENT 3

On Thursday, I watched a DVD with my friend in the library of my university. We watched “Toy story 3”. We watched the movie for the first time. The movie was very interesting and impressed. The scene that I like the most was that Woody and Buzz Lightyear escape from cruel nursery school. The movie made us happy.

EVENT 4

Last Saturday, I stayed my house all day, so I did a lot of circumstances in my family. First, I dried our clothes in the sun. It was fine weather, so I dried a lot of clothes. Next, I swept the dust off the floor., and threw out the garbage. Next, I went shopping for dinner. I went to shop which is located in my house. I bought some vegetables and meat. Finally, I cooked dinner with the ingredient which I bought. I was able to make delicious foods.

EVENT 5

On Sunday, I went shopping with my friend, Misaki. We went to Hikarinomori to buy birthday present of our common friend. We look around many shops, but we couldn’t decide present. Therefore, we had shop assistant decide present. We bought a black wallet. We are looking forward to give the present for our friend.

My memorable experiences

I will tell you about a story about experience I had that was very memorable.

I will write about some embarrassing experiences.

These are stories when I was a junior high school student. When I was an eighth grader, we went to Kyoto and Nara for a school trip. First, we went to Toudaiji at Nara, and we saw the Great Buddha at Nara. That was my first see the sight, so I was very excited. Next we went to Nara Park, and we fed deer on shikasennbei. Sikasennbei is feed for deer. At that time I was bitten by a deer. What’s more, I stepped on feces of deer! I was astonished by the accident, but I didn’t feel pain. My friends couldn’t help laughing at that accident. The accident made me embarrassing. Next morning, we moved to Kyoto. We visited a museum of Japanese history. I was interested in Japanese history, so I could do a valuable experience. After that, we went to Kyoto station because we wanted to move to Uji station. We had a five people group. We took a train. However, the train was heading for Osaka which was opposite direction. It was so unexpected that we got completely flustered. We heard how to return to Kyoto station to a station employee, and changed trains at once. However, after all, we couldn’t enjoy going sightseeing all we wanted to our heart’s content. Now, it is a embarrassing memory for us. In the end of the trip I caught a cold. The final day of a school trip, I was in bed with a cold a whole day. I had an embarrassing experience in the school trip.

My faborite food and places

I’m going to write about my favorite places to eat and foods.

First, I’m going to write about my favorite place. My favorite place is restaurant in Aso.　The restaurant is near my house. All of the restaurant foods are very healthy, so I like them. The restaurant use ingredients which grew in Aso, so all ingredients are very fresh. The dish I like most is hamburger steak. The dish isn’t used any meats not at all. The hamburger steak is consists of healthy foods such as bean curd and malted rice of salt and so on. This food is low in calories, so I can eat it enough without hesitation about it. The hamburger steak also tastes very good. In addition, the dish has a lot of collagen, so I think the dish is good for skin. I also like an atmosphere of the restaurant. I like the restaurant with a cozy ambience. However, on the other hands, the dish has two faults. First, it costs too much. The hamburger steak is twice as expensive as hamburger steak of family restaurants. That is why, I have my mother pay that price. Next, the hamburger steaks are sold out at once because the dish is the most popular in this restaurant. That is why, I sometimes can’t eat the dish.

Next, I’m going to write about my favorite food. The food which I like most is fried chicken made by my mother. When she seasons with fried chicken, my mother puts in two tablespoonful of mayonnaise to enrich the taste. In addition, she puts in a tablespoonful of honey, too. Then, fried chicken became a full-bodied one. Moreover, my mother cook with all her heart, so I feel the fried chicken is the most delicious food!

People who I respect

I’m going to write about three people who I admire or respect.

First, I’m going to write about my mother. I respect her for her effort. When I caught a cold in my childhood, she came home soon from her workshop and sat up all night nursing me. That is why, she is very kind person, so I respect her. I also admire her because once she had said she will does it, she will does it at any cost. In addition, she usually complies with the employees’ requests. She is able to do her work whatever she is given by someone. She is also able to manage the family budget well in spite of not having her husband. She is able to manage to work and keep house at the same time, so I really admire her. Second, I’m going to write about a great person who made a lot of people happy. The man is Walt Disney. He established Disney Land to bring pleasure to the people of around the world. However, he had spent for long time heroically. Although it was very difficult to establish Disney Land, he never gave up for it. That is why, he has a heart of never giving up, so I respect him.

Finally, I’m going to write about a woman. I respect for her than other people. She is very kind and quite considerate person, so I respect her. She has a lot of knowledge and has a great stock of linguistics, but she isn’t boast it not at all. That is why, I admire her. In addition, she serves UNICEF goodwill ambassador. She positively takes actives part in projects, so I think she is terrific woman.

Superdog

Today, I watched Superdog. This book was written by Roderick Hunt and Alex Brychta.
There was Floppy who was a dog. Floppy lived with a family. The family had three children. They watched the "Dog of the Year Show" on television. The dogs which appeared on television were very clever. Then, children tried to let flappy do some of the things they saw on television. However, floppy was old and he didn't want to do that. A child said "What a bad dog you are, Floppy"
After that, floppy went to sleep. he had a pleasant dream. In the dream, he helped a lot of people. For example, he ran after a thief and caught the thief. People who were in his dream called Floppy "Hero". When floppy woke up, he was get angry by a child. Floppy wanted children to notice his good point. At the end, Floppy ran off. I thought that the children should worry about Floppy. Floppy didn't want to do, so children should stop doing practice of the Dog of the Year course.

Why the Sea is Salty

Today, I read Why the Sea is Salty. This book is a tale from Korea. I choose this book because I wonder why the sea is salty. This book was interesting.
Long ago, the sea wasn't salty like it is today. The sea became salty because of a magic millstone. The millstone could make gold, jewels and special spices.
One day, a thief heard about the magic millstone. He wanted to get the millstone. Then the thief stealed into King's palace and he was able to get the millstone. He ran away as fast as he could. He leaped into a boat and sailed away. Out at sea, when the thief cast a spell, the millstone began to turn. He ate a lot of food which the millstone makes. Then, he want salt to put on his bun. He was able to take out some salt and he ate a lot of food, so he was satisfied. He began to sleep, but the millstone kept turning. When the thief woke up, the boat began to sink. The boat sank to the bottom of the ocean with the magic millstone. That's why, the sea is salty today. I was able to understand thanks to this book why the sea is salty. I think that if someone steals something from somebody, the person will purnished by Heaven. That is why, I mustn't do something bad.

About Europe

I'm going to introduce France. France is located in western Europe. Almost people who live there speak French. France is famous for wine, cheese, French bread and so on. Paris is a capital of France. Paris is called "Paris, the magnificent beautiful". I like French cuisine, so I want to go there and I want to enjoy having meal! I have study French for a year, so I'm able to speak French a little.

France is also famous for sightseeing. For example, the Eiffel Tower is the most popular tourist spot. In addition, a triumphal arch is also popular. There is a street called "Champs Elysees" near the triumphal arch. That place is very beautiful, especially in winter. If I can go to France now, I want to go to Disney Land in Paris. Only France has Disney Land in Europe.
As I have said, France has a lot of good points. However, that place also has bad points. For example, in tourist spot, a lot of tourist are aimed by pickpockets. That is why, we must take care!!

She wants a quiet life, so she decide to go a country, in Stonechurch where a grandmother live. Then, she start a carefree life. However, she was a famous star, so she was in all newspaper. Tina's mother came to fetch her, but she want to live there. She can stay grandmother's house one thing another. She could quit a star and live carefree.
I think that it is important to live freely. If we don't spend a good life, we are really stressed out. As Tina, I think that we can live a freely life.

                    "No school today. School holiday."


Today I read Rain, Rain, Rain!. This book made me laugh. I felt that the heroine was compassionate.
On Monday, the girl had school and it was rainy. "Oh, no! I'm late for school!" She run out of the house without eating breakfast and saying Good-bye to her mother. She dot on her bike. However, the rain was coming down. She was getting wet and her bike hit the tree. Her bike was broken, so she must go ti school by bus or train. She went to the station, but there were no trains because a big tree lay in front of the train. She couldn't ride on the train. Next, she went to a bus station.v She waited and waited, but there was no bus and what was more the car went into the water. She was very very wet. At last, she got to her school. She saw something on the school gate. It said, "No school today. School holiday." She said, "Oh, no!"
I worry about if she catches a cold now. If her mother said that the day was school holiday, she wouldn't get very wet. I thought that we have to have some time.

I read Mouse Soup. This book was interesting. In addtion, the mouse is very clever. There were a mouse and weasel. The weasel caught the mouse and put the mouse in a cooking pot. "I am going to make mouse soup." the weasel said. However, the mouse said,"This soup will not taste good. Mouse soup must be mixed with stories. The mouse began to talk some stories. 

First, the mouse talked about bees and mud.

Second, he talked about two large stones.

Third, he talked about the crickets. 

Finally, he talked about the thorn bush. 

When the mouse finished talking stories, he said "Run outside and find a nest of bees, some mud, two large stones, ten crickets, and a thorn bush. Come back and put them all into the soup with me." Then, the weasel found them, but when the weasel came back to his house, he found an empty pot. The mouse could run away by the weasel. I think the mouse is clever and cunning. I little felt the weasel was poor.

Johnny Depp performed a hero in this movie and Juliette Binoche performed a heroine. Mysterious chocolate made progress. I was impressed by this warm-hearted movie.
The Hundred-Foot Journey is a movie about competition of two restaurants. Indian family went to France to hold Indian restaurant. However, the French restaurant in the facing the Indian restaurant hated the Indian restaurant. The competition started between French restaurant and Indian restaurant.

Food in Kyushu (essay)

Kyushu is one pf Japan's island.Kyushu include Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima and Okinawa.  Each prefectures have a lot of traditional foods.  I'm going to introduce about foods in Kyushu.

The first food is goya-chanpuru. That is traditional food in Okinawa. Goya means bitter gourd. Chanpuru means a condition that is mixed. I like goya-chanpuru so much, but there are a lot of people who dislike goya-chanpuru because goya is very bitter.

The next food I'm going to introduce about castella. Castella means sponge cake. That is from Portugal. Castella is most famous sweet in Nagasaki. I like castella because that is soft and sweet. I buy castella when I go to Nagasaki as a souvenir for friends.

I'm going to introduce about ju-si. Ju-si is a famous food in Okinawa. Ju-si means fried rice. I have eaten that when I went to Okinawa. That is very delicious. Ju-si isn't known by many people without people in Okinawa. If you haven't eaten this, you should eat this food!

The above are just a few of the foods that you can find in Kyushu.  There are a lot of foods more in Kyushu. In addition, there are a lot of foods that people don't know in Kyushu.
