I’m going to review of two books I read.

(Ⅰ)　　　I read “Newspaper boy” by John Escott. It was published by Macmillan.

This story is about a boy who delivered newspapers to people’s houses. The boy’s name was Toby. He wanted to be a detective. One day, when he delivered a newspaper to a house, the house was robbed. Toby and the proprietor were caught by thieves. The proprietor was stolen a large sum of money. Then, Toby said to thieves, “there was an accident.” The thieves who heard the fact tried to avoid the accident. However, the thieves who were tricked by Toby were trapped by police by ambush. Toby was deeply grateful by the proprietor.

In this story, I felt that man who has something goal succeed. For example, Toby had a dream of becoming a great detective, so he had just a good idea. However, I thought Toby was a risky boy because he told a lie to two thieves. If his lie was exposed, he might be killed by the thieves. I thought this story tell me about a brave heart.

(Ⅱ)　　　　 I read “Rich man, Poor Man” by T.C.Jupp. It was published by Macmillan.

This story is about a poor old man who lived in a small village. He received a letter and a money order from his son who lived in London. He was poor man, so he was glad about it. Then, he went to a town where it was far from here. He went to the town despite he had to spend a lot of money. However, he didn’t have an Identity Card, so he couldn’t get any money. Next, he went to a photo studio to have him photograph taken, but he was taken two pound fifty away from the photographer and he couldn’t have him photograph taken. Then, he met a rich man and the rich man said him to change the money order. However, he was given a little money. That’s why, the old man felt poor again.

In this story, I felt that the world is really inequality. I don’t think people who have a lot of money are in high position. I also thought there are many bad people in the world. Rich men acts important and poor men are pressed for money. I hope the world will be a better and equality world. I was fascinated by this story. If I become a rich woman, I will never act important.

I’m going to write about how to cook ozoni. ozoni is often eaten in the New Year in Japan. Particularly, I’m going to write about how to cook ozoni of Western Japan style.

First, I put a sea tangle and water into a pot and let it stand overnight. By the time-consuming job, I can make good soup stock. When I can make good soup stock, I turn on the gas. Next, I cut a Japanese radish and a carrot in small rectangles. Then, when the soup boils, I put the vegetables into the pot. When the vegetables are heated, I put white miso and mix it. Then, I grill some rice cake until it began to brown. Finally, I put the rice cake into the soup. In this way I cook ozoni! However, please be careful about the number of rice cake. If you put a lot of rice cake, you will be a fat person!

Next, I’m going to write about how to enjoy spending campus life.

First, I make friends. Then, it is important to talk to your friends yourself. Next, you should join a circle and go to club activities. If you do that, you can make more friends. Third, you should participate in various ceremonies and volunteers. If you participate in various events, you can make friends of all age. Fourth, you should work a part-time job because you can save money. If you save money, you can go shopping with your friends. That’s why, you can enjoy spending campus life. Finally, you should like other people to enjoy spending campus life. If you dislike other people, they will also dislike you. If you are liked by many people, you can enjoy spending campus life.

I will introduce about some products to two customers.

I will introduce about two products to a cave man. First, I will introduce to you “Flag Whistle”. I’m going to tell you how to use this. You are a person in the Stone Age, so I think you will strive to catch a mammoth. However, I think it is difficult for you to catch a mammoth. That’s why, you can use this “flag whistle”. When you want to catch a mammoth, please blow the flag whistle. If so, thanks to this whistle, a lot of mammoths will come here. You can catch a lot of mammoths! In other word, you can get foods. Next, I will introduce about “scarf broom”. I’m going tell you about this. If you couldn’t catch mammoths with flag whistle, you can catch mammoths absolutely with scarf broom. “scarf broom” is a tool which can manage a mammoth. If a mammoth rash to you, please raise the broom over your head. Then, you can catch the mammoth.be

Next, I will introduce about two products to an astronaut. First, I will introduce to you “Garbage Scarf”. This tool is a really useful product. “Garbage Scarf” can attract a lot of garbage in space, so space become clearer and clearer. No one else can use the “Garbage Scarf” except astronaut.

I will introduce to you about “Snake Broom”. This product is a tool that you can enjoy playing around space. If you use this broom, you can travel around a lot of planets. In addition, you can land on the moon or Mars if you ride the “Snake broom”. What’s more, snake broom is made of snake, so you can run meander road.

I will tell you about a story about experience I had that was very memorable.

I will write about some embarrassing experiences.

These are stories when I was a junior high school student. When I was an eighth grader, we went to Kyoto and Nara for a school trip. First, we went to Toudaiji at Nara, and we saw the Great Buddha at Nara. That was my first see the sight, so I was very excited. Next we went to Nara Park, and we fed deer on shikasennbei. Sikasennbei is feed for deer. At that time I was bitten by a deer. What’s more, I stepped on feces of deer! I was astonished by the accident, but I didn’t feel pain. My friends couldn’t help laughing at that accident. The accident made me embarrassing. Next morning, we moved to Kyoto. We visited a museum of Japanese history. I was interested in Japanese history, so I could do a valuable experience. After that, we went to Kyoto station because we wanted to move to Uji station. We had a five people group. We took a train. However, the train was heading for Osaka which was opposite direction. It was so unexpected that we got completely flustered. We heard how to return to Kyoto station to a station employee, and changed trains at once. However, after all, we couldn’t enjoy going sightseeing all we wanted to our heart’s content. Now, it is a embarrassing memory for us. In the end of the trip I caught a cold. The final day of a school trip, I was in bed with a cold a whole day. I had an embarrassing experience in the school trip.

I’m going to write about four people who I think have some negative personal quality.

First, I’m going to write about a boy who is popular in Japan. The boy is Nohara Shinnosuke. He is called “Shinnchan”. He is a Japanese anime character. He is really lazy and selfish boy. For example, he always messes up the room, so he is always got angry by his mother. However, he never clears it up. After all, his mother always clears up. That is why, he doesn’t do what he doesn’t want to do.

Second, I’m going to write about my friend. He is an irritable boy. Although I don’t offend his displeasure, he is always in a bad mood. Moreover he always vents his anger on us. He is also a deceitful boy. When I asked him the way to the Suizenji station, he told a lie to me. However, he is a obstinate person, so he never apologized to me. That is why, I hate him.

Third, I’m going to write about selfish boy. The boy’s name is Takeshi. He is a character of “Doraemon”. He is called “Jaian”. He is really feared by his friends because he is quick to take offense. He robs outrageously a lot of toys from his friends. When he is in a bad mood, he hits his friends in the face indiscriminately. That is why, he is hated by his friends.

Finally, I’m going to write about my friend who is a stingy girl. She always has us pay for various things. When we had a lunch, she intentionally had my friend pay for that lunch. She is particular about money, so I think she is a stingy person.

I’m going to write about my celebrations.

First, I’m going to write about celebration of my passing the university examination. In February, in 2013, I got an acceptance letter from Kumamoto Gakuen University. The night when I got the letter I went out for dinner together with my mother and my older sister. Then I ate a lot of dishes such as spaghetti, sirloin steak, sushi, ice cream, and so on. Since I’m a person who really likes to eat, I spent very good time there. We also talked with together. For example, I talked that my dream is working at foreign country and living abroad. We talked with together for an hour. After that, we return to our home. The day made me very happy.

Second, I’m going to write about celebration of winning a badminton tournament. When I was nine-year-old, I joined in a badminton club. Then I had a badminton tournament. I usually practiced hard, so I could win the tournament. At that night, I went to karaoke with my friends and my family. I enjoyed singing a lot of songs with my friends. I will remember I ate a cake more than anything else. I didn’t know that a cake was prepared for me, so I was surprised at the cake. I nearly wept for joy. Then, I had a special time.

Finally, I’m going to write about celebration of ending of a final examination in my high school. I cerebrated end of a final examination with my friends. We went to youmetown in Hikarinomori. We ate McDonald’s for supper first. In addition, we ate a crepe and takoyaki. After that, we took purikura. Then we were filled with joy because we could celebrate end of a final examination.

I will write about how to guess the personality and abilities of people who I don’t know very well. I will take the case of my friend.

First, I will write about the shape of her face. The shape of her face is round, so I think she is very intelligent, and I think she prefers to work with her brain instead of her body.

Second, I will write about the sound of her voice. Her voice sounds me high-pitched sounds and her voice carries well. I think people who speak in a shrill voice are cheerful disposition.

Third, I will write about her clothes. She always wears long skirts. In addition, she always dressed in black clothes almost every day. That is why, I think she likes simply clothes rather than flashily clothes.

Fourth, I will write about her handwriting. She is a right-handed person. She writes a round hand and writes with fine strokes. I think people who are right-handed are strong the left side of the brain, so I think she is good at speaking, remembering name of people.

Fifth, I will write about her blood type. Her blood type is A. I think she is a meticulous parson because it is said that people who has blood type A are meticulous in Japan. In addition, people whose blood type is A are expected nervous temperament person.

Finally, I will write about other things of her. She wears black-framed glasses and her eyes droop. In addition, she has dark brown. I think she is a talkative young lady because she always prattles with her friends. When I met her for the first time, I think she is a muscularity girl. That is why, I thought she is good at playing sports.

In this way, I guess the personality and abilities of people who I don’t know very well.

I will tell about a member of my family. Let me introduce my mother.

She has short brown hair and a round face. In addition, she has black eyes and double edged eyelid. She always wears jeans and almost doesn’t wear skirts. The outer corners of her eyes slant up.

She is a right-handed person, so I think she is strong the left side of brain.

In holidays, she reads a lot of literary works. In particular, she likes to read literary works written by Natsume Soseki, Dazai Osamu. She is interested in literatures, so I think she is strong the right of the brain.

On the other hand, she isn’t good at studying. Especially, she isn’t good at studying math not at all. That is why, I think she is strong not the left side of the brain but the right side of the brain.

I think my mother is a really punctual person. The reason is that she certainly ahead of time at least before ten minute. She dislikes to be the center of attention. She is a shy person. That is why, she doesn’t like to speak, so I think she is strong the left side of the brain.

She is a very musical person. For example, she likes to listen to songs sung by EXILE. In addition, she is good at singing songs. She was taking lessons in singing when she was in her thirties. That is why, she likes music, I think she is strong the right of the brain.

She works in a nursery school. She draws a lot of picture, so she is good at drawing. That is why, she is strong the right of the brain.

Considering the circumstances, I think she is strong the right of the brain than the left of the brain.
