Diary - Week 8

EVENT 1
On Tuesday, I went to a flower shop near my university. I went there to buy a bunch of flowers for my older sister. My sister's birthday is coming soon, so I'm going to give that. I chose red, white and pink flowers, so The bunch of flowers became very cute and beautiful! I'm looking forward to giving for my sister.

EVENT 2
On Wednesday, I met a friend who lives in Kyoto. We have been friend since I was in high school, but we haven't seen for a year. She came back to Kumamoto for the first time in a year. We haven't seen for a long time, so we talked together all the time. She plans to go back to Kyoto on November 23, so I want to enjoy a lot of things.

EVENT 3
Last Thursday, I read an interesting book in library. I read Gingerbread man. One day, when a woman made a gingerbread man, the gingerbread man woke up and jumped out of the house. Some people saw the gingerbread man escaped from a woman. The gingerbread man was very clever, so nobody was not able to catch him. Then, a clever fox saw the gingerbread man, and he was able to catch him and ate him. 

EVENT 4
On Saturday, I went for work. Today is the fifth attendance. I'm able to work more and more. However, I want to work more harder, and I want to make a lot of money.

EVENT 5

On Monday, today is a holiday, but we had classes, so I went to university. Today, Christie was late, so mr.tomei was teacher of Writing. During the class, I want Christie to come as soon as possible. I was glad to be able to meet you :)

Diary - Week 7

EVENT 1
On Wednesday, I played with circle members as a circle activity. We played tag in Toroku park. It was very cold day, but we were very hot. After that, we went to my friends house, and we made kimch-nabe. We enjoyed talking together.

EVENT 2
Last Thursday, I read an interesting book. The book is BADGER'S PARTING GIFTS . This story was really sad for me. There was a badger who was dependable, reliable and always ready to lend a helping paw. He was very old, so he died soon. All the animals had loved Badger, so all his friends were very sad.  However, Badger had given them each a parting gift to treasure always. Each of the animals had a special memory of Badger.All the animals thank for his parting gift. When I die, I want to leave invisible and special memory for my family and friends.

 

EVENT 3
On Friday, I went to youme-town with nahomi. Nahomi is a KGU's student and my classmate. She is really interesting girl. She makes me happy. Today, I didn't have spirit, but after talking with nahomi, I  felt uplifted. As soon as possible, I want to meet her and talk together.

EVENT 4
Last Saturday, I went for work. I didn't work too much, so I forgot a lot of things. I was angried by manager because I forgot a lot of things. I was really sad. In addition, I was irritated with myself. That's why, I will remember many things, and I want to work quickly as soon as possible.

EVENT 5
On Sunday, there was not a plan, so I slept till late. I woke up at 2:00 p.m. After I woke up, I aired laundry. After that, I went shopping with my mother and sister. We was able to talk enough. It was happy day.

Diary - Week 6

EVENT 1

On Nobember 1, It was school festival day. We sold frankfurts. I woke up early in the morning, and we prepared our shop. It was rainy day, so we was not able to sell a lot of frankfurts. However, I enjoyed talking with my friends, and I was able to make some new friends. That's why, It was very happy day. 

EVENT 2 

On Nobember 2, It was also school festival day. We were able to sell more frankfurts than yesterday. Our frankfurts sold out! I was glad to hear about it. However, I was not able to sleep yesterday, so I was tired today.

EVENT 3

On Nobember 3, it was the last day of school festival. We have been prepared a lot of things to this school festival, so I was sad. We cooperated each other preparation of school festival. At last, the school festival succeed, so there was not the regret. This year, we could do Kouyasai. It was really really fun. I'm looking forward to coming next year's school festival. 

 

EVENT 4

Last Tuesday, we held a party to celebrate the successful completion of the school festival. We ate many delicious  food, and we took a lot of photos. This party was also retirement party of juniors. I was really sad. In addition, I felt uneasy. However, I will try to let other members enjoy.

EVENT 5

Last Sunday, I worked as a part-time job. It was holiday and sunny day, so we were very busy. I hurried almost time, so I cut my finger. My colleagues gave me an adhesive plaster, so I was glad. After the job, my mother and my older sister came for me and we ate out. My mother and my older sister made me relax and happy!!

Diary - Week 5

EVENT 1 On Tuesday, It was very busy day for me. I must give lesson to other student, so I must prepare a lot of manuscripts. First, I was not able to get information.　In addition, I was not able to understand how to give lesson to other students, so I went to my teachers’ study room. Then, I had the teacher tell me. That’s why, thanks to my teacher, I was able to prepare a lot of manuscript. EVENT 2 Last Wednesday, I ate one-pot dish with my friends of club. We are kimchi pan. We made the dish from the beginning. Although we are no good at cooking, we were able to cook well. After that, we went to karaoke, and we enjoyed spending happy time. EVENT 3 On Thursday, I gave lesson to other student in inter-cultural communication class. I was really nervous and worry about my opinion. As the result of the lesson, I was able to give good lesson. Thanks to this lesson, I can get confidence. However, I don’t want to give lesson again. EVENT 4 On Saturday, the day was an athletic meet day! I took part in a relay, but I’m not good at doing sport. That’s why, our team lost other teams. However, I was able to take part in the event pleasantly. I want to take part in athletic meet next year. EVENT 5 On Sunday, I work at new place for the first time. I work in a restaurant in Hikarinomori. I cook a lot of foods in kitchen. I must remember a lot of recipes and how to cook, so I was tired. However, my superiors and colleagues are really kind, so I don’t feel that is hard work. I will continue this job.

Diary - Week 4

EVENT 1

On Tuesday, I read a book. I read “Sleeping Beauty”. This book was written by Kate Knighton. Many years ago, there were a king and queen in a magical castle. They had everything except a baby. They were worried that a baby is not born. Then, one day, the queen met a green frog, and the frog said that the king and the queen are going to have a baby this year. Then, they were blessed with a baby. The king was really pleased, so he planned a feast to celebrate. On the day of the feast, a lot of people came to celebrate birth of baby. However, a devil also came there, and she snatched away the baby. In addition, the devil put a curse on the baby. The baby grew up, and became a princess, but she slept because of the curse. Then, a prince came, and woke the princess up. That’s why, they lived happily.

 

EVENT 2

Last Wednesday, I underwent an interview of part-time job. Since I underwent an interview of part-time job for the first time, so I was really nervous that time. However, I was able to answer some question from employer. If I can work as part-time job in the shop, I will make every effort. I am waiting for the result with a pounding heart!

 

EVENT 3

On Thursday, I was chagrined at an occurrence. I come to my university by train every day. The day, I was ask question how to change trains by foreigners. I was able to understand the meaning, but I wasn’t able to answer at once. However, I managed to tell how to change trains. I felt that I don’t have enough ability of English. I want to study harder than before.

 

EVENT 4

Last Friday, I met my friend, Nanaho. It had been two years since I saw her last. We ate out together, and talked together about a lot of things. We haven’t seen two years, so we have a lot of topics. I seemed to be no end to the talk. We didn’t have time too much to talk together, but we were able to spend great time!!

 

EVENT 5

On Sunday, I went shopping with my mother. We went shopping together after a long time. First, we went to Tsuruya to buy clothes of my mother. Second, we went to PARCO to buy my clothes. I was able to buy favorite clothes. Third, we went to a Japanese restaurant in Tsuruya. However, we aren’t like-minded about food, so we spent a lot of time. Anyway, thanks to my mother, I was able to refresh.

Diary - Week 3

EVENT 1

Last Tuesday, since the day was birthday of my friend, we celebrated her birthday. In a lunch break, my friends and I prepared her birthday cake in secret. In addition, we prepared some cracker. When my friend who reach her twentieth year comes, we set off all crackers for her. She looked so surprised, and we were glad to see that. We was able to celebrate her birthday perfectly!

 

EVENT 2

On Wednesday, I saw a movie in a library in KGU. My classes finished early, so I saw Disney movie with my friend. We saw “Tangled”. This is the latest Disney movie. I really like this movie, so I have seen this movie at least five times. This movie makes me very happy. In addition, many words which were said in this movie had encouraged me. Furthermore, I can study English by this movie. I see this movie in English with Japanese subtitles. I was able to understand contents of the movie step by step.

 

EVENT 3

Last Friday, I drove a car for the first time. I got a driver’s license two weeks ago. First, I wasn’t able to drive well, but I gradually drove smoothly. I went to Aso and Hikarinomori. I was able to drive pleasantly. I want to drive again as soon as possible.

 

EVENT 4

On Saturday, it was rainy day, so I read a book. I read “Rich man, Poor man”. This story is about a poor old man who lived in a small village. He received a letter and a money order from his son who lived in London. The old man was poor man, so he was glad about it. The poor old man went to town to cash a money order despite he had to spend a lot of money. However, he didn’t have an Identity Card, so he was not able to cash a money order. In addition, he had money stolen by a photographer. One day, he met a rich man, and the rich man said him to change the money order. However, he was given a little money and he had money stolen again. In this story, I felt the world is really inequality. In addition, I felt that there are many bad people in the world.

 

EVENT 5

On Monday, Typhoon No.19 is heading for Japan, so there was no lecture. The typhoon has strength, so I was not able to leave my house all day. That’s why, I watched some DVD in my house. I watched “Toy Story” series. I watched “Toy Story”, “Toy Story 2” and “Toy Story 3”. I really like animation movie. The most favorite character of Toy Story is Buzz light year because he is very manly and interesting. I enjoyed watching Toy story series in this day.
