There are a lot of foods in Kumamoto. In particular, I like takana-meshi. Takana-meshi is local specialty of Aso. Takana-meshi is made from many takana. Takana-meshi is eaten by many student in school lunch.
There is my favorite food in Kumamoto. That is basashi. Basashi is very delicious food, but some people say that people who eating basashi are strange. People in Kumamoto eat basashi with soy sauce and ginger and sometime garlic.
